Vaiva's clinical background as a pharmacist prescriber shapes the way she approaches aesthetic medicine: assess first, understand the change, then intervene only where there is a clear reason to do so.
She works with the face as a connected, moving system, considering skin quality, facial anatomy, soft tissue, movement and proportion rather than treating isolated lines or features.
Her approach combines medical knowledge with close attention to facial movement, soft tissue behaviour and the way different structures influence one another over time.
The aim is not to make treatment obvious. It is to make the decision-making better and preserve what still looks like you.
CLINICAL FOCUS

Vaiva's work is centred on understanding why the face has changed before choosing how, or whether, to treat it.
Skin regeneration & tissue quality
Supporting skin, collagen and soft tissue quality as part of a longer-term plan rather than treating the surface in isolation.
Balance & proportion
Using conservative treatment planning where appropriate to improve balance without changing the character of the face.
Corrective thinking
Assessing imbalance, previous treatment and signs of overtreatment, including when correction, referral or no further treatment is the better decision.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Clinical training is ongoing.
Vaiva is a registered pharmacist prescriber. Her current public professional information lists GPhC registration number 2072229 and insurance with Hamilton Fraser.
Her aesthetic education includes training and masterclasses with established UK providers across facial aesthetics, complications, skin and prescribing.

THE PRINCIPLE
Knowing when not to treat is part of the job.
Vaiva's approach is deliberately selective. Good aesthetic medicine is not measured by how much treatment is performed, but by whether the recommendation makes sense for the person in front of you.
The right next step may be treatment, skincare, a staged plan, referral, waiting or no treatment at all.
Natural is discipline. It means understanding anatomy, respecting movement and knowing when enough is enough.
