What is in the formula
Lipid Serum uses an eight-ingredient formula centred on TSC, sodium hyaluronate and humectants. Hyvia® Crème follows with HYVIA®, shea butter, meadowfoam seed oil, ceramide NP, DSD and antioxidants in a richer moisturising texture.
Together they create a concise two-product routine: serum first, moisturiser second.
Daily routine
How to use the Luxury Skincare Set
Apply a pea-sized amount of Lipid Serum to clean skin morning and night, then follow with a pea-sized amount of Hyvia® Crème across the face, neck and décolletage.
Finish with broad-spectrum SPF during the day. If adding Arctigenin Brightening Treatment, use it after Lipid Serum and before Hyvia® Crème.

Both products can be used as hydrating and moisturising steps in a routine that also contains tretinoin. Because tretinoin tolerance varies, keep the rest of the routine simple and follow the instructions provided with your tretinoin.
Is it suitable for sensitive or rosacea-prone skin?
Both products are fragrance-free and Epicutis positions the Lipid Serum for stressed and sensitive-feeling skin. Individual tolerance still varies, particularly with rosacea or highly reactive skin.
Can I use the set after microneedling or another in-clinic procedure?
Epicutis positions its Lipid Serum within post-procedure care, but the timing of both products should follow the aftercare instructions for the specific procedure you have had.
How long will the full-size set last?
