Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you do so at least 48 hours before your scheduled time. This allows us to offer your slot to another client who may be waiting for an appointment.

Cancellation Fees
We understand that unexpected things can happen. However, if cancellations or rescheduling are made within 48 hours of your appointment, a fee of 30% of the original treatment cost will be charged. This fee helps us cover the cost of any products that have been ordered specifically for your treatment and allows us to maintain our high standards of service.

How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please log into your Glowday booking account and make the necessary changes. The payment for any cancellation fees will be processed through Stripe services, ensuring a secure and smooth transaction.
